Fleksa vs Foodiv_ Restaurant Tech Comparison

Fleksa and Foodiv are two GloriaFood alternatives worth considering for branded online ordering, pickup, delivery and restaurant management. Their plans, POS tools and integrations differ, so the better choice depends on your restaurant’s workflow, country and existing equipment.

Foodiv may suit restaurants choosing ordering and operations tools by subscription tier. Fleksa may suit those prioritizing its bundled POS, app and supported integrations. The right choice depends on the package your restaurant needs, availability in your country, and compatibility with your existing equipment, payment provider and delivery services.

How Did We Compare Fleksa and Foodiv?

We based this Fleksa vs Foodiv comparison on official product pages, published pricing and integration listings. We assessed how the documented features support online ordering, dine-in service, POS, kitchen operations, customer tools and multiple locations. The research uses public information. It does not include hands-on testing, private demos or live restaurant trials.

Here’s what we checked:

  • The same criteria for both platforms. We compared feature coverage, subscription requirements, fees, integrations, hardware compatibility and regional availability.
  • What each subscription includes. We separated included features from tools that require a higher plan, an additional service or an external integration. A feature appearing on a product page does not establish that every subscription includes it.
  • Pricing in context. We checked both pricing pages on 21 October 2026. We considered the published currency, billing period and charging basis, while flagging regional terms and additional charges that need confirmation.
  • Connections to existing systems. We examined listed integrations and their regional restrictions. Restaurants should confirm support for their exact POS version, payment provider, delivery service and equipment.
  • Strengths, limitations and missing evidence. We explain which documented capabilities support each recommendation and where plan restrictions or compatibility requirements affect the fit. We label capabilities we cannot confirm as unverified.

Our conclusions connect the documented features and package requirements to practical restaurant needs. When a vendor claims faster service, greater reliability or savings, we attribute that claim to the vendor unless independent evidence supports it.

Fleksa vs Foodiv: What Are the Main Differences?

The biggest Fleksa vs Foodiv differences are the package you need, the fees you pay and the systems you can connect. Foodiv places reservations, inventory and loyalty in Plus or above. Fleksa’s Bundle includes a customer app and cloud POS, while Flex charges an ordering commission. Your payment provider, kitchen equipment and country can change which setup fits.

On smaller screens, scroll sideways to read every column.

Comparison point Fleksa Foodiv Relevant plan or requirement

Standard requires annual billing. Confirm payment, courier, onboarding and equipment charges for the quoted setup.
QR menu, table ordering and payment PayPerSe lets diners view the menu, place orders and pay from their phones. Standard lists QR ordering; Plus lists table/room ordering. Mobile Order & Pay supports phone payments. Menu viewing, sending an order and paying are separate steps. Confirm all three.

Kitchen tickets and kitchen display systems POS documentation covers printed tickets and orders sent to a kitchen display. Standard includes kitchen order tickets. A separate KDS product provides digital order queues and routing. Tickets are printed on paper; a KDS tracks orders on screen. Confirm KDS licensing and devices.
Inventory management POS FAQ mentions inventory; ingredient tracking and plan coverage remain unverified. Plus lists inventory. Product pages describe ingredient tracking and low-stock alerts. Ask for a demonstration of recipe deductions, purchasing and stock transfers.
Reservations and table management Bundle includes reservations. POS documentation describes floor plans and table transfers. Plus includes reservations and waiter management; detailed floor-plan editing remains unverified. Booking a table and managing live seating are different functions.

Bar POS pages describe device and thermal-printer support. Verify the POS version, connector, country, printer model and any extra fees.
Regional availability and support Lists Germany and US contacts; many integrations carry country labels. Lists US and India contacts; Plus includes multiple interface languages. Confirm service availability, support hours and languages, and local tax requirements.

How Do Fleksa and Foodiv Compare on Pricing and Fees?

Foodiv pricing uses per-outlet subscriptions, while Fleksa offers fixed subscription plans and a Flex option tied to orders and reservations. Compare the package that covers your restaurant’s actual service. Then add setup, payment, delivery, equipment and integration charges to understand what you would pay.

What Does Each Subscription Include?

Pricing checked: 21 October 2026. Foodiv’s public English page displays dollar amounts without specifying the currency code. Confirm the invoice currency before paying. The Fleksa figures below follow its German euro pricing page.

Platform and plan Published price Billing basis Features or conditions
Fleksa Essentials €99/month €1,188 over 12 months, calculated from the monthly rate. Website, online ordering and loyalty.
Fleksa Bundle €199/month €2,388 over 12 months, calculated from the monthly rate. Adds POS, reservations, QR ordering/payment and a branded app.
Fleksa Flex €0 advertised
€50/month minimum commitment
8% ordering commission and €0.50 per reservation guest. Bundle features. Confirm how the minimum commitment applies.
Fleksa Custom Quote required Confirm outlet, terminal and contract scope. Multiple locations or custom integrations.
Foodiv Standard $129/year per outlet Annual billing only.
$10.75/month equivalent.
Website, QR ordering, online POS and printed kitchen tickets.
Foodiv Plus $349/year per outlet Annual price shown.
$29.08/month equivalent.
Standard features plus reservations, inventory, loyalty and table/room ordering.
Foodiv Premium $649/year per outlet Annual price shown.
$54.08/month equivalent.
Plus features and a customer app.

These figures come from the vendors’ published pricing grids. Foodiv’s monthly equivalents are calculations from annual payments, not confirmed monthly billing offers. Fleksa Essentials and Bundle would total €1,188 and €2,388 respectively over 12 months at the listed monthly rates.

Fleksa advertises unlimited countertop and mobile POS in Bundle, but hardware has separate prices. Confirm location coverage, terminal requirements and kitchen-display licensing. Foodiv’s grid also needs a separate check for KDS devices and group reporting.

Flex deserves its own calculation. Ask how the minimum commitment interacts with order and reservation fees. For example, 8% of €5,000 in eligible orders is €400 in ordering commission alone, before other applicable charges.

What Additional Charges Should Restaurants Check?

Ask each provider for a written breakdown covering:

  • Payments: card processing, refunds, payouts and chargebacks.
  • Delivery: courier charges, dispatch connections and your own driver expenses.
  • Implementation: onboarding, menu work, training and installation.
  • Equipment: terminals, printers, kitchen screens and replacements.
  • Integrations and messaging: connector fees, SMS allowances and additional services.
  • Subscription terms: renewal prices, cancellation notice, access after cancellation and any early termination charges.

Fleksa’s published setup information needs clarification. Its POS page says there is no setup fee, while its pricing pages list onboarding charges. The English and German pages also show different onboarding starting amounts. Get the applicable charge in your proposal before treating setup as free.

Fleksa also says processing is included, while listing payout and chargeback charges. Ask which fees apply to your payment arrangement.

Foodiv advertises no setup fee. Its cancellation policy allows cancellation but says subscription payments are non-refundable. Check the renewal process before committing to an annual payment.

What Would Your Restaurant Pay in Total?

Hypothetical example: One restaurant offers dine-in, pickup and delivery using its own drivers. It needs a branded ordering website, POS, kitchen tickets, table ordering, reservations and loyalty.

Assume both providers confirm country availability, equipment compatibility and the required payment workflow. Foodiv Plus and Fleksa Bundle are the published packages to assess for this setup.

Cost component Fleksa Bundle · EUR Foodiv Plus · $ as published
First-year software €2,388
12 × €199.

Setup, migration and training Quote required. Confirm applicable setup and onboarding terms. No setup fee advertised. Confirm migration and training scope.
Hardware and installation Quote required for the devices and installation needed. Quote required for the devices and installation needed.

Recurring annual total €2,388 at the current software rate + recurring charges + applicable taxes. $349 at the current software rate + recurring charges + applicable taxes.

The software figures use the published rates; the remaining costs require confirmation.

First-year total = software + one-time work + equipment + ongoing charges.

For later years, use the renewal price, ongoing charges and any maintenance or replacement costs. Keep the dollar and euro figures separate until you have a dated exchange rate and confirmed local quotes.

Which Platform Fits Your Direct Ordering and Dine-In Workflow?

Both platforms support direct website ordering and dine-in workflows. The useful comparison is how each handles your service rules: order times, delivery areas, menu choices, payments and kitchen routing. Test those rules with your own menu. One pickup order, one delivery order and one table order can reveal where configuration or extra integrations are needed.

How Do Website, Pickup, and Delivery Orders Work?

Website and checkout. Fleksa provides branded ordering on your domain. Foodiv also describes ordering connected to an existing domain. If you already have a website, ask each provider to demonstrate the customer’s exact route from your Order button to checkout. Confirm whether customers stay on the same page or move to a separate ordering page.

Opening hours and order timing. Foodiv lists advance ordering and pickup-slot management. Have both providers show separate pickup and delivery hours, preparation times, advance-order rules and booking cutoffs. Test what happens when a customer orders close to closing time.

Delivery coverage. Fleksa documents mapped zones with different fees and minimum orders. Foodiv describes delivery zones, charges and driver assignment, with postcode- and radius-based controls listed in Plus. Check how each handles an address outside your service area.

For external couriers, confirm actual coverage and fees. Fleksa lists services such as DoorDash Drive with a US label. A listed connection does not establish availability in every country. Ask Foodiv to identify the supported delivery connection for your location.

Confirmations, refunds and cancellations. Check the customer messages, staff alerts and acceptance rules. Fleksa publishes a full and partial card-refund workflow through its POS or Partner Portal. Ask Foodiv to demonstrate the refund process for your chosen gateway. For both, confirm who can cancel an order and what happens to payment, kitchen tickets and courier bookings.

Can Each Platform Handle Your Menu?

Fleksa documents modifiers and scheduled menus. Foodiv describes portion sizes, modifiers and add-ons. The important test is whether your required choices, limits and charges work correctly at checkout and reach the kitchen clearly.

Hypothetical pizza test: Create a large pizza priced at €12, with mushrooms at €1 and extra cheese at €2.

Then check that:

  • Customers must select a size before adding the pizza.
  • Toppings remain optional, with a maximum of two selections.
  • Both toppings produce a €15 item total, before applicable taxes and fees.
  • An instruction such as “cut into eight slices” reaches the kitchen.
  • An unavailable topping cannot be selected.
  • A scheduled lunch offer follows its availability window.

This tests required choices, selection limits, extra charges, special instructions and availability. Ask each provider to demonstrate any rule that your menu relies on.

How Does QR Ordering Differ From QR Payment?

These are three separate functions:

  • QR menu viewing: customers scan a code to read the menu.
  • QR ordering: customers submit an order linked to their table or room.
  • QR payment: customers pay through their phone, either during ordering or when settling the bill.

Fleksa’s QR documentation describes table-specific codes, guest checkout, browser access without an app download and a call-waiter option. It also shows orders reaching the POS and kitchen display with the table number attached.

Foodiv lists QR ordering in Standard and table/room ordering in Plus. Its Mobile Order & Pay page describes payments from a customer’s phone. Confirm guest-account requirements, staff-call options and the kitchen-screen configuration for the proposed package.

For either platform, available payment methods depend on the provider and country. During the demo, place a table order, check its kitchen destination and complete payment. Staff should be able to identify the correct table, requested changes and payment status.

Which Platform Fits Your Direct Ordering and Dine-In Workflow?

Both Fleksa and Foodiv support direct online ordering and QR-based dine-in service. The right fit depends on how each handles your service hours, delivery rules, menu choices and payments. Follow a customer’s order from checkout to the kitchen. That will help you assess whether the proposed package covers your restaurant’s daily work.

How Do Website, Pickup, and Delivery Orders Work?

  • Branded website and checkout: Fleksa online ordering runs through a branded website on your domain. Foodiv online ordering also supports branded ordering and integration with an existing domain. If you want to keep your current website, confirm whether the ordering button opens a separate page or an integrated checkout.
  • Opening hours and scheduling: Foodiv lists advance ordering and pickup-slot management. Fleksa describes scheduled pickup and pre-order timing on regional ordering pages. Ask both providers to demonstrate separate service hours, preparation times and ordering cutoffs for your location.
  • Delivery zones, fees and minimums: Fleksa documents mapped delivery zones with different fees and minimum order values. Foodiv describes delivery settings, with postcode- and radius-based controls listed in Plus. Test an address inside your zone, one near its boundary and one outside it.
  • Drivers and external couriers: Foodiv describes assigning delivery staff. Fleksa lists external courier connections, including DoorDash Drive in the US. Confirm dispatch, tracking, coverage and charges for the delivery method you intend to use.
  • Confirmations, refunds and cancellations: Check which messages customers receive and when staff can accept, reject or cancel an order. Fleksa documents full and partial card refunds through its POS or Partner Portal. Ask Foodiv to demonstrate refunds through your chosen gateway. Confirm how cancellation affects kitchen tickets and courier bookings.

Can Each Platform Handle Your Menu?

Fleksa documents modifiers and scheduled menus. Foodiv describes portion sizes, modifiers and add-ons. Your menu may also need required choices, topping limits, extra charges and special instructions. Have each provider demonstrate those rules with a few of your actual dishes.

Hypothetical pizza test: Offer small, medium and large sizes. Make size selection mandatory, then price the large pizza at €12. Add optional mushrooms for €1 and extra cheese for €2, with a maximum of two toppings.

Check that:

  • Customers must choose a size before adding the pizza.
  • They can skip optional toppings.
  • Selecting both toppings produces a €15 item total, before applicable taxes and fees.
  • A note such as “cut into eight slices” reaches the kitchen.
  • Unavailable toppings cannot be selected.
  • A lunch-only version follows its scheduled availability.

This example tests selection rules, price calculations, availability and the instructions kitchen staff receive.

How Does QR Ordering Differ From QR Payment?

A QR code can support several separate actions:

  • Menu viewing: guests open and read the menu.
  • Ordering: guests send an order linked to their table or room.
  • Staff assistance: guests request help through a supported call-staff function.
  • Payment: guests pay during checkout or settle their bill later.

Fleksa documents browser-based QR ordering without an app download, guest checkout, table identification and a call-waiter button. Its documentation also shows table-linked orders reaching the POS and kitchen display. Bundle lists QR call, order and pay among its features.

Foodiv lists QR ordering in Standard and table/room ordering in Plus. Its Mobile Order & Pay page describes payments from a customer’s phone. Confirm account requirements, staff-call options and the payment methods available through your selected gateway.

During the demonstration, place an order from a specific table or room. Check that the kitchen receives the correct location, item choices and instructions. Then complete payment and verify that staff can see its status. Confirm the required kitchen software, devices and payment-provider support in the final package.

How Do Their POS, Kitchen, and Inventory Tools Compare?

Both Fleksa POS and Foodiv POS connect restaurant orders with billing and kitchen tools. The useful comparison is what happens after staff enter an order: how payments work, where preparation details appear, and whether stock updates correctly. Check these workflows in the proposed package, especially hardware compatibility, offline operation and ingredient tracking.

What Happens at Checkout?

A restaurant POS comparison should cover routine service and the exceptions your team handles during a busy shift.

  • Order entry and payments: Fleksa documents modifiers, table orders, itemized bills, equal splits and multiple payment methods on one bill. Foodiv’s billing pages describe dine-in, takeaway and online billing, along with split payments. Have both providers demonstrate your tax, discount and service-charge rules.
  • Refunds: Fleksa documents full and partial card refunds through its POS or Partner Portal, processed through Stripe. Staff handle cash refunds manually. Foodiv’s refund steps for the proposed payment gateway need confirmation, including partial refunds and their effect on reports.
  • Staff permissions: Both describe controlled staff access. Ask for separate waiter, cashier and manager logins, then check who can issue refunds, apply discounts and change settings. A general promise of staff roles does not establish every permission you need.
  • Devices and terminals: Fleksa lists Android, iPad and browser access, with Windows and Mac access through a browser. Foodiv’s Bar POS page lists Android, iOS, Windows and thermal-printer support. Match your exact devices, operating systems and card terminals to the quoted configuration.

Offline orders and offline card payments require separate checks. Fleksa says its POS can take orders, print kitchen tickets and synchronize after reconnection. Foodiv makes similar order-entry, bill-printing and synchronization claims on its Bar POS page; that does not establish identical support in every Foodiv package.

Fleksa also advertises offline card processing. Confirm the supported terminal, payment provider, country, transaction limits and handling of payments that fail after reconnection. Foodiv’s reviewed offline description does not establish offline card-payment support.

How Do Orders Reach the Kitchen?

A printed kitchen order ticket records preparation details on paper. A kitchen display system, or KDS, shows orders digitally and can help staff track their progress.

Fleksa documents tickets with table numbers, quantities, modifiers, special requests and timestamps. Staff can assign menu categories to different printers, sending food to the kitchen and drinks to the bar. Its printing guide lists USB, network/Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and built-in Sunmi connections. Fleksa also advertises KDS routing by station.

Foodiv describes printed tickets and digital displays carrying modifiers and preparation instructions. Its KDS page lists station routing, preparation queues, order-status updates and preparation-time reports. The supported printer models, connection methods and display devices still need checking against your installation.

The written quote should identify POS and KDS software, station or screen allowances, printers, display hardware and installation. Including kitchen tickets does not automatically include a digital kitchen display.

What Does Inventory Management Actually Cover?

Marking a pizza unavailable stops customers ordering it. Ingredient inventory goes further: it tracks the dough, cheese and toppings used to make that pizza.

  • Foodiv: Its pricing grid places inventory management in Plus. Product pages describe ingredient consumption, low-stock alerts, automatic item disabling and item-cost reports. Its inventory page also describes recipe costing, purchasing and supplier information. Confirm which functions the quoted package includes, then request a demonstration of recipe and modifier deductions.
  • Fleksa: The reviewed POS FAQ includes an inventory question but does not explain ingredient deductions, recipes, purchasing or low-stock alerts. These capabilities remain unverified. Ask whether they come through Fleksa itself, an integration or an additional package.

A useful demonstration follows one hypothetical order:

  1. Checkout: Enter a pizza using 120 g of cheese, add a paid 30 g cheese topping and one bottled drink. Add a preparation note and split the bill.
  2. Kitchen: Check that the pizza reaches the correct station, the drink reaches the bar, and both the topping and preparation note remain visible. Review timestamps and ready-status updates.
  3. Stock: Verify that the system deducts 150 g of cheese and one drink at the configured stage. Check low-stock alerts and what happens when staff cancel or refund the order, including food already prepared.

This proposed demonstration checks whether billing, kitchen instructions and ingredient records stay connected.

Will Fleksa or Foodiv Fit Your Locations and Existing Setup?

Both platforms advertise POS integrations and multi-location restaurant management. Their suitability depends on your exact systems, country and branch requirements. Fleksa publishes several location-specific controls, while Foodiv describes central menu updates and consolidated data. Before choosing, establish which connections and controls work in the package quoted for your restaurants.

Which Integrations Match Your Current Systems?

Fleksa lists connections with Stripe, Lightspeed, Oracle MICROS Simphony and other POS products. Several connections, including Toast, Clover and DoorDash Drive, carry US labels. Foodiv lists WinOrder, payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal, Uber Eats, Shipday and Porter. These listings do not establish compatibility with every version or country.

Check three things before treating an integration as a match:

  • Exact product and cost: Give the provider your POS product, version, deployment type and country. Identify any middleware, required subscriptions, connector fees and responsibility for ongoing support.
  • What synchronizes: Specify whether orders, menus, prices, availability, cancellations and refunds move in one direction or both. Fleksa claims two-way marketplace menu and availability synchronization, but that needs verification for your particular connection. Foodiv’s directory does not define this detail for each listed integration.
  • Equipment you can keep: Have the provider approve your tablets, terminals, printers and kitchen displays by model and operating system. Reusing a card terminal also depends on its payment provider and merchant configuration.

A useful demonstration changes one price, marks an item unavailable and refunds an order. Watch what updates in each connected system.

What Can You Control Across Multiple Locations?

Central access is useful only when you can manage shared settings without losing the differences between branches.

  • Menus and prices: Fleksa describes shared menu updates with location-specific pricing. Foodiv describes central updates to items, prices and offers across branches. Ask Foodiv to demonstrate branch-only prices and explain how central updates affect them.
  • Hours and delivery rules: Fleksa documents location-specific opening hours. On both platforms, check separate holiday hours, delivery zones, minimum orders, charges and ordering cutoffs for each outlet. Foodiv lists postcode and radius-based delivery in Plus, but the group-level controls need confirmation.
  • Branch permissions: Request a demonstration with a branch manager and a group administrator. Check who can view other outlets, edit shared menus, issue refunds and access financial reports.
  • Customers and loyalty: Fleksa explicitly describes shared customer and loyalty data across locations. Foodiv describes unified customer data and includes loyalty in Plus; earning and redeeming rewards across outlets still needs verification.
  • Consolidated reporting: Fleksa advertises unified end-of-day reports. Foodiv describes consolidated sales, customer, inventory and payment data. Compare branch filters, reporting periods, exports and how refunds affect group totals.
  • Charges and package scope: Foodiv publishes per-outlet subscription prices. Fleksa offers custom enterprise and multi-location packages. Get the price for every outlet, central management access and required connector in writing.

What Should You Confirm for Your Country?

Start with the country where each restaurant operates. A listed payment gateway or courier does not guarantee service at your address.

  • Payments and delivery: Confirm local merchant eligibility, settlement currency, supported payment methods, refund handling and courier coverage.
  • Language, currency and taxes: Check customer-facing menus, staff screens, receipts, display currency and the tax rules your restaurant uses.
  • Support and onboarding: Agree on support languages, hours, time zone and weekend coverage. Establish who handles menu migration, equipment setup and staff training.
  • Fiscal and reporting functions: Request sample receipts, transaction records, tax reports and audit exports from the proposed configuration.

For German restaurants, request configuration-specific fiscal evidence. Fleksa advertises TSE compliance; this comparison has not independently verified that claim. Ask Foodiv for equivalent documentation covering whichever POS and connectors its quote uses.

For both providers, request details of the certified TSE component, sample fiscal receipts and a DSFinV-K tax-audit export. Have your tax adviser review those materials against the exact software version, devices and integrations proposed for your restaurant.

What Should You Check Before Switching From Fleksa to Foodiv?

Before you switch from Fleksa to Foodiv, agree on which records will move, which settings need rebuilding and who will verify the result. Foodiv’s suitability as an alternative to Fleksa depends on the complete workflow: accurate menus, working payments, correct kitchen routing and staff who can handle live orders.

Which Records Can Move?

Fleksa documents CSV or Excel exports for customer records and orders. Foodiv still needs to confirm which exported fields it can import into your account. A downloadable file alone does not establish a complete migration route.

Review these records separately:

  • Menu information: Check categories, items, prices, variants, modifiers, descriptions and images. Preserve required choices, selection limits and additional charges. Ask whether images arrive as files, accessible links or a separate download.
  • Customer records and marketing permissions: Check names, contact details and delivery addresses. Include consent sources, timestamps and unsubscribe status wherever available, then verify how Foodiv stores them.
  • Order history: Confirm whether Foodiv can import historical orders or whether you will retain a separate archive. Check dates, totals, refunds and customer references.
  • Loyalty balances: Agree on how points, reward values and expiry dates will transfer. Compare opening balances against the final Fleksa records before customers start earning or redeeming rewards.
  • Future bookings: Preserve guest details, branch, date, time, party size, booking status and special requests. Check for duplicate confirmations when bookings are imported or re-entered.

For each record type, document the export method, accepted import format and any field mapping. Test a small sample first. Budget manual work for unsupported menu structures, missing images and bookings that need re-entry.

Describe migration as automated only after Foodiv confirms the relevant source account, supported records and transfer method. Have the team verify the sample results before approving the full transfer.

What Must Be Configured Before Launch?

Moving records does not complete the setup. Work through the settings that determine where customers order, how they pay and who receives the order:

  • Domain and customer links: Connect the domain, check secure checkout and update website buttons, Google Business Profile links, social profiles and booking links.
  • Payments and taxes: Verify the merchant account, payout details, currency, tax settings and applicable charges.
  • Service hours and delivery: Configure opening hours, preparation times, pickup slots, advance orders, delivery zones, minimum orders and fees.
  • POS and kitchen equipment: Connect the approved POS, printers and kitchen displays. Assign items to the correct stations and review receipt layouts.
  • Table QR codes: Link every code to the correct restaurant and table. Replace or redirect existing codes, then scan them from a customer’s phone.
  • Staff and notifications: Set branch permissions, train staff and configure customer confirmations, staff alerts and order-status messages.

Foodiv’s setup guidance covers domain, payment, delivery, ordering-link and notification checks, but the configuration must match your chosen package.

How Should You Test the New Setup?

Use this checklist before opening the new ordering flow to all customers:

  • Pickup: Place immediate and scheduled orders. Check collection times and confirmation details.
  • Delivery: Test an eligible address and an address outside your zone. Verify minimum orders, delivery fees and driver handling.
  • Dine-in: Scan a table QR code and confirm the correct table receives the order.
  • Modifiers: Try skipping a required choice, exceeding a selection limit and adding paid extras. Check the final price.
  • Payments and refunds: Complete supported payment types, then test full and partial refunds. Review payment status and reports.
  • Kitchen and receipts: Check station routing, quantities, modifiers, preparation notes, taxes and totals.
  • Notifications: Confirm that customers and the right staff receive the expected messages.
  • Offline recovery, where supported: Disconnect, enter a local order, test printing and reconnect. Check for missing or duplicate records. Test offline card payments separately if included.
  • Location routing: Confirm orders, payments, kitchen tickets and permissions stay with the intended branch.

Run a limited pilot with selected tables, one service channel or one outlet. Plan the full cutover during quieter service hours. Record the final Fleksa orders, reconcile changes made since the export and switch ordering links in a controlled sequence. Arrange access to historical records and outstanding refunds before ending the Fleksa subscription.

Fleksa or Foodiv: Which Should You Choose?

Foodiv Plus is worth considering for direct ordering, reservations, inventory and loyalty. Fleksa’s Bundle offers a different package built around POS, a branded app and QR ordering and payment. The better fit depends on your restaurant’s workflow, country and existing equipment.

Compare complete quotes, verify your integrations and test an order from checkout to the kitchen. If you decide to switch, confirm what data can move and run a limited pilot before the full launch.
